Epic Slack app audit
Upgrade to Pro. Keep the agent apps. Cut the convenience apps first.
This is the simple decision page for Trevor to open tomorrow. It is based on the visible Slack thread text, not the unseen screenshot or any private Slack admin data.
Agent / ops apps
Composio, Alfred, Max/Hermes, Viktor, Cursor, plus live alert apps that actually wake the team up.
Convenience apps
Google Drive, Notion, Trello, ChatGPT, Claude. These are usually link previews, sidebars, or notifications, not core command infrastructure.
Custom/internal apps
Deactivate custom apps only. Do not delete Alfred, Max, Viktor, Epic Idea Machine, or anything custom unless we know it is dead.

Tomorrow checklist
Slack desktop: click the workspace name, then Tools & settings, then Manage apps. In a browser, try slack.com/apps/manage.
Go to Installed Apps. Click Load More until the full list is visible. Write down every app name.
Keep agent/ops apps. Maybe anything posting real alerts. Turn off convenience apps first.
If it is Alfred, Max, Viktor, Epic Idea Machine, or any custom app, deactivate only. Do not permanently delete unless we confirm it is dead.
Open billing/admin members and confirm active paid people. Single-channel guests are free on paid plans, up to 5 per paid active member.
Annual is cheaper. Monthly is fine if you want flexibility. Business+ is not necessary from what is visible here.
What to screenshot/send back if you want a real audit
- The full Installed Apps list after clicking Load More.
- The Billing or Manage Members page showing active members, not deactivated/inactive people.
- Any app you are unsure about, especially LeadConnector, Zapier, Epic Idea Machine, Max, Viktor, Alfred.
With those screenshots, we can give a clean keep/remove list instead of guessing from names.
